Pink Phoenix will represent at the Dragon Boat Eye Dotting Ceremony, hosted by the Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association, Saturday March 29 at 11:00am, Portland Marina. The dragons are blessed and awaken. It marks the official opening of the Dragon Boat Season in Portland.
